unfortunately they and other such food items along with a lack of exercise have given me too much of a roll around my middle. As we all know, this is not a healthy lifestyle choice and I really need to do something about it.
Turns out that one of these beauties is 327 calories and doesn't count as one of my five a day, although I would quite happily eat five of them.
The nearest Greggs to where I am is approximately 5 miles by using an old railway line and that with my current weight I will burn about 1,000 calories to walk that distance in 2 hours.
So that is the challenge - I am not going to have another GSR until I have walked there to get it.
I am definitely overweight and have arthritic knees. This means that walking is not always the most pleasurable experience however doing nothing and staying overweight is worse.
So today I am starting out by walking a bit over 2 miles cross country. Let's see how it goes and photos to follow.
